Diverse Aircraft Fleet
Over the years, Bravo 6 has expanded its fleet to include the Mooney M20C, the Vulcanair V1, and two Cessna 172 Skyhawks. We equip our students with hands-on flying experience with multiple aircraft. This ensures we deliver unparalleled training—setting the standard for flight education in Southeast Idaho.
Beginner students start their journey in the Cessna 172 Skyhawk. This plane is a reliable, student-friendly aircraft that serves as the foundation for most pilots working toward a Private Pilot License (PPL). As they progress, students transition to the Mooney M20C or the Vulcanair V1, where they develop advanced skills and gain more experience in a complex aircraft.

As a growing flight school, we’ve expanded from our original campus in Rexburg to Pocatello, Idaho. This expansion allows us to reach more aspiring pilots and provide greater access to quality flight training throughout Southeast Idaho.

Zero to Hero Program
Bravo 6 offers a Zero to Hero accelerated flight training program. Students can earn certifications from a PPL to an Instrument Rating (IR) to a Commercial Pilot License (CPL). Rather than waiting between certifications, students can progress through them efficiently.
This program allows students to maintain momentum, so they never lose the skills they’ve worked hard to learn. The Zero to Hero program also offers a faster route to employment.
CFI Training
In addition to the Zero to Hero program, Bravo 6 also offers Certified Flight Instructor (CFI) training. Pilots can gain more flight hours and experience by teaching other student pilots how to fly. However, applicants must hold a CPL and an IR with at least 250 hours of flight time, pass the FAA knowledge test, and maintain a valid medical certificate. CFIs have the opportunity to continue growing as pilots while making a meaningful impact on the aviation community.
Flight Simulator
Whether building flight hours, facing adverse weather conditions, or just starting an aviation journey, Bravo 6 offers training opportunities with the Redbird FMX flight simulator. Even when not in the air, the flight simulator provides a realistic experience. It allows students to learn, practice, and develop flying skills before entering the cockpit or to log additional flight hours efficiently.
